PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This dynamic presentation will examine the barriers to the early identification of CKD as well as evaluate both established and emerging therapies for CKD via the implementation of a multidisciplinary approach. Learn more about strategies for the formulation of clinical management, based on clinical guidelines, for a comprehensive approach to CKD management.

This educational activity is intended for global nephrologists.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon the completion of this program, attendees should be able to:
- Describe barriers to the early identification of CKD and strategies to overcome them
- Evaluate the safety and efficacy of established and emerging therapies for CKD
- Apply clinical guidelines when formulating management strategies for patients with CKD
- Implement multidisciplinary care for patients with CKD
