PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This virtually live TeleECHO series program will focus on educating dermatologists, allergists, immunologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare providers in the prompt diagnosis of chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) utilizing patient clinical presentation, knowledge of clinical pathogenesis, and associated endotypes. This case-based learning program combined with clinical questions will continue to educate healthcare providers on various emerging and investigational systemic therapies for CSU and facilitate the creation of treatment plans that are patient-specific and in accordance with clinical guidelines.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This program will meet the educational needs of dermatologists, allergists, immunologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare providers who diagnose, treat, and/or manage patients with CSU.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon the completion of this program, attendees should be able to:
- Classify the clinical etiopathogenesis, associated endotypes, and clinical presentation of CSU for prompt diagnosis
- Investigate the latest clinical evidence on emerging and investigational systemic therapies for the treatment of CSU
- Facilitate evidence-based strategies to select treatment plans based on patient-specific factors and clinical guidelines
