PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This live virtual TeleECHO educational series focuses on the multiple ways in which patient quality of life is impaired by atopic dermatitis (AD) and the latest evidence on key treatment approaches that may provide timely relief, even in the most complex of cases. Engage with expert discussion to learn more about the benefits of patient-specific treatment strategies and ways to leverage the full range of treatment options including biologic therapies to improve patient outcomes.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This educational activity is designed to meet the identified needs of community-based primary care physicians, dermatologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals involved in the management of pediatric and adult patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon the completion of this program, attendees should be able to:
- Determine patient-specific strategies for the selection of appropriate therapies with regard to tolerability and improved QoL
- Consider biologic therapies based on the latest clinical evidence for effective integration into therapeutic algorithms and action plans for patients with moderate-to-severe AD
- Design evidence-based strategies for the management of complex cases of AD, including treatment resistance
