PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This enduring activity is designed to help healthcare professionals focus on type 2 inflammatory pathways that can serve as potential therapeutic targets in patients with COPD. This program will also analyze current clinical trial safety and efficacy data on new and emerging biologics targeting mediators of type 2 inflammation for the treatment of COPD patients in a real-world setting.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This educational activity is specifically designed for pulmonologists involved in the management of patients with COPD.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Assess the aspects of type 2 inflammatory pathways that can inform potential therapeutic targets for COPD in appropriate patient populations
- Interpret data from clinical trials assessing the efficacy and safety of emerging biologics targeting mediators of type 2 inflammation for the treatment of COPD in appropriate patient populations
