This enduring activity covers the pathogenesis of Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC) and which patients may benefit from using PARP Inhibitor–based Combinations.
TARGET AUDIENCE

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon the completion of this program, attendees should be able to:
- Evaluate the biological and clinical rationale supporting PARP inhibitor–based combinations for the treatment of patients with PC with or without DDR alterations
- Design individualized management plans for patients with metastatic mCRPC with or without DDR alterations that include PARP inhibitor–based combinations
- Assess the clinical profiles of emerging PARP inhibitor–based combinations with different mechanisms of action for the treatment of patients with mCRPC
