PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This activity will cover the treatment and management of adult patients with atopic dermatitis.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This activity is intended for dermatologists, allergists/immunologists, and primary healthcare professionals (physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants) involved in the management of patients with AD.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
On completing the program, attendees should be able to:
- Describe the pathophysiology of AD specific to the role of Type 2 cytokines
- Use diagnostic and assessment tools in conjunction with consideration of patient-specific factors in clinical evaluations of patients with AD
- Discuss the clinical profiles of existing and emerging AD treatments based on current research and clinical trial data
- Explain the comorbid conditions associated with AD and how to manage them in clinical practice
