PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Explore a fascinating therapeutic journey in this Augmented Reality Educational Snapshot that provides learners with a visually engaging opportunity to discover the mechanisms of therapies in the second line and beyond at a cellular level for managing steroid-resistant chronic graft-versus-host disease (SR-cGVHD). Learners will be able to investigate the expanding treatment landscape for SR-cGVHD, and associated clinical data, with the goal of driving effective treatment selection strategies.
TARGET AUDIENCE
The intended audience for this activity is transplant specialists, oncologists, hematologists, and other healthcare professionals involved in the treatment of patients with SR-cGVHD.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Identify patient-specific criteria to guide selection and sequencing of treatment for cGVHD to improve quality of life, survival rates, and patient outcomes
- Distinguish the differing mechanisms of action for approved and emerging treatment options cGVHD
- Detail the etiopathogenesis of SR-cGVHD as reasoning for the development of targeted therapies
- Compute the latest clinical efficacy and tolerability data for approved and emerging therapies for the treatment of cGVHD
